The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, making our stay enjoyable. The location of the hotel was perfect, close to the city center and convenient for exploring. The pool was a great amenity, providing a refreshing way to relax after a day of sightseeing.
The road leading to the hotel was in poor condition and difficult to navigate, even for taxis. The cleanliness of the room and bathroom left something to be desired, with lingering odors and signs of inadequate cleaning.
